Plot

The film is set in San Tiburon, the world's most unsafe maximum-security prison, designed to immure supervillains and enhanced individuals. Picture facility is equipped with force inhibitors to neutralize the contribution of its inmates, ensuring grab hold of over the diverse and frequently dangerous population.

The narrative begins with the arrival of Retribution (Dan Payne), a zealous volunteer whose mission to hunt swot enhanced humans leads to government incarceration at San Tiburon.

Surmount entry into the prison disrupts the existing balance of dominion among inmates and staff.

Warden Devlin (Michael Rooker), known style "The Overseer," is the debased and ambitious head of San Tiburon. He is particularly involved in Julius "The Lobe" Physiologist (Bruce Willis), a notorious incumbent with immense intellect and mystic abilities.

The Lobe is rumored to have a hidden risk, and Devlin is determined reveal extract its location to provide security his luxurious retirement.
